Lisa Jill Anderson is a writer, producer, and actor based in NYC. She grew up in the part of Southern California known as the Inland Empire, and is the daughter of two high school teachers. She was the founding artistic director of the intergenerational ensemble theater company, Stable Cable Lab Co., from 2011 to 2020, where she developed and produced over a dozen world premieres, including the Time Out New York Critics’ pick, EVERYTHING IS SUPER GREAT by Stephen Brown at 59E59 Theaters. Many plays that she commissioned, developed, and produced have gone on to be published by Samuel French, Dramatists Play Service, and Stage Rights. She wrote, produced, and starred in the comedic short films DEALBREAKER and HOUSE MEETING.
